8oz Lean Ground Beef
5oz Smoked Chicken Sausage
2 cups Part-Skim Mozzarella, Shredded
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup yellow bell peppers, diced
1 cup spinach, fresh
1 ½ cups Rao’s Marinara
4 TBSP Purple Onions
1 tsp Italian Herb Blend
1 ½ tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Brown ground meat seasoned with Purely Cajun and Italian Herb Blend til done. Set aside.
Spray 9”pie pan with non-stick spray. Spread half of the cheese (1cup) at the bottom, then layer in this order: spinach, bell peppers, ground meat, marinara, mushrooms, cheese, sausage. Bake at 350̇° for 30 minutes or until sausage begins to brown on top. Allow to cool. Cut into 4 portions and Enjoy!
