Cauliflower Grits

1lb Frozen Riced Cauliflower

2 Wedges Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese

1tsp Butter

½ tsp Real Salt

1 tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning

½ c water

In a medium sauce pan, add cauliflower, salt, butter, and water. Bring to a boil then turn down to medium low heat til all water is cooked out.

Add cheese and Purely Cajun Seasoning, stir well til cheese is melted through.

Serve and Enjoy!
