10oz raw sole fish, or choose your favorite white fish
1 tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning
Non-stick Cooking Spray
Butter Sauce:
1 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Capers
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Season fish on both sides. Heat non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Add non-stick spray and pan-fry fish for approx 3-5 minutes then flip and cook additional 3-5 minutes.
In a separate sauce pan on medium to low heat; simmer butter, capers and lemon juice for about 5 minutes.
Plate fish and drizzle butter sauce on top. Serve and Enjoy!
