Broiled Lemon Garlic Halibut

4 – 7 oz Fresh Halibut Filets

1 clove minced fresh garlic

2 TBSP fresh lemon juice

1 TBSP fresh lemon zest

1 TBSP Purely Cajun Seasoning

 

Season Halibut with Purely Cajun Seasoning Place in baking dish with skin up. Mix garlic, lemon juice & zest. Spoon half of mixture over fish. Place on Low broil for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully flip fish to have skin down. Spread the rest of the lemon juice mixture over the fish. Broil for another 6 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!!
