Lemony Asparagus Chicken

 

1lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 ¼ lb asparagus

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp lemon zest

½ tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning

water as needed

Cook chicken thighs for about 10 minutes, take one piece out of the pot at a time and cut into chunks and place back into the pot. Cook chicken until browned. Add about ¼ cup of water to prevent sticking and making a bit of gravy. Add lemon juice and lemon zest and Purely Cajun. Stir well and cook until asparagus is at the desired texture. Add more water if necessary. Serve and Enjoy!!!
