Deviled Eggs

6 whole eggs

1 tbsp mayonnaise, light

2 tsp stone ground mustard

1/2 tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

1. Hard boil eggs and peel.
2. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks and place into a bowl. Put egg whites onto a plate.
3. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and Purely Cajun Seasoning.
4. Fill each egg white with 1/12 of the yolk mixture.
5. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Makes 2 servings. Per Serving: 1 lean, 3 condiments
