Caprese Salad

 

½ c Grape Tomatoes, Sliced

2 oz Low-Fat Mozzarella, Cubed

2 TBSP Newman’s Own Zesty Italian

1 TBSP Fresh Basil, Chopped Finely

1 tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning

Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!

Makes 1 Serving. Per Serving: ½ Lean Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 2 Condiments
