Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1 1/2 lbs ground chicken

1/4 c fresh basil, chopped finely

1 1/2 c fresh spinach, chopped finely

2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1 large garlic clove, finely minced

1/4 c green onions, chopped

1/4 c jalapeno, chopped finely

1 Tbsp sesame oil

10 oz Bibb lettuce leaves

1 tsp hot sauce or sriracha

Purely Cajun to taste

Brown meat in large pan. When done, add all remianing ingredients except hot sauce/sriracha and lettuce. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with hot sauce/sriracha. Serve & Enjoy!
