Chicken Dijon

 

2.5lbs chicken thighs, boneless skinless

2 TBSP dijon mustard

¼ c Sugar Free Pancake Syrup (less than 7 grams of carbs)

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp Purely Cajun Seasoning

Season chicken thighs with Purely Cajun, place in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together, pour over chicken. Bake at 450 for 40 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!

Makes 6 servings. Per serving: 1 lean protein, 3 condiments
